These new, advanced fibers not only fully exceed the specifications of ITU-T G.652.D and IEC 60793-2-50 Type B1.3 fibers but also deliver significant enhancements across several key performance indicators.
The G657A series fibers provide a solid foundation for high-speed, high-bandwidth optical communications thanks to their zero water peak, low attenuation, and excellent uniformity. They also benefit from low chromatic dispersion and low polarization mode dispersion (PMD), ensuring signal integrity and stability over long-distance transmissions.
